The data controller is the operator identified in the legal notice.
For personal-data questions or requests: contact@gite-proche-gerardmer.fr
Data and purposes
The request form may contain your name, email address, optional telephone number, requested dates, number of guests and a free-text message. The landing page, referring domain, standard campaign parameters and a two-letter country code supplied by the hosting infrastructure may also be attached to the owner's notification. The IP address is not stored for this attribution.
This information is used only to answer the request, assess a proposed stay, prepare a possible pre-contractual relationship and measure the commercial origin of requests.
Storage and recipients
After validation, the server records the request in the platform's protected database, then attempts to send a notification to the official accommodation mailbox and an acknowledgement to the traveller. Only authenticated administration users can access stored requests. Email providers also process the messages.
Retention
If a request does not result in a booking, the requester's information is retained for three years from the last contact. If a booking is made, information required to fulfil it and meet legal obligations may be retained or archived for the applicable periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data and object to certain processing by writing to the official email address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
Cookies and trackers
The public accommodation pages currently contain no advertising, audience-measurement or consent-requiring trackers, so no consent banner is displayed. This statement must be reviewed before any such service is added.
